    Unrecognized database format

This access application was developed in access 97, and I had to convert the mdb file to the office 2003 that I am using. After completing the modifications, I placed the newly converted mbd file into the installation folder and when I click on the icon that run the file I get the following error "Unrecognized database format"

The command that runs the application is as follows

    "C:\RCC '99\Office\MSACCESS.EXE" /runtime "C:\RCC '99\rcc-dm.mdb"

    I will appreciate your assistance

That looks like the old ac97 shortcut string. I would expect it to look like:
    "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office11\MSACCESS.EXE" /runtime "C:\RCC '99\rcc-dm.mdb"
