    Do not repeat pictures

Hi: I have a form with a field named pictures (attachment type).

I have about 100 records that will use the same attachment (picture) on it.

How do I reference this ONE picture with the 100 records without having to upload the same picture one by one on each record?

    Regards,

Maybe this will work: A table for just pictures and a field in the primary table that will have as foreign key the primary key of the pictures table. Retrieve pictures by query that joins the tables.

Alternative, don't load pictures into the database. Just save the path string to text field.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
