    duplication

Can somebody suggest an easy way to avoid having a person duplicated into a database. Say, same name and same surname? Can we then create a message that tells the data input person that there is a record already in the database?

Use the BeforeUpdate event of the LastName control to do a DCount() on the Fiest and Last names.
