Hey guys, I'm trying to help a friend with a small business of his, but I'm actually quite noob when it comes to access and VBA programming, so a little help would be much appreciated



So actually, in the form sales, I want to be able to choose multiple items, input quantity for each item, and then calculate the total price.
I also want the number of items bought to be deduced from the stock.

Sounds like you need table for SalesDetails, then a subform on the Sales form.

Trying to maintain aggregate (summary) data in tables is not easy. Ideally, the net inventory status would be calculated on report from transactions of inventory received and inventory sold. You might check out some template db's, like:
