Similar to a Multiplication Table

Good Day, This is an excel file that I have attached, what I wanted to do is to create a table out of this. After creating the table I wanted to link it to another table with Salary Grade and Step then it will auto Generate the Salary on the other table. This is just like a multiplication table. How would I go about doing this in MS Access? Please help.

Yes, however is there a shotcut to that? I am planning to build a form that automatically gets the value from that table just by entering the salary grade and step..thanks!

And the easiest way to look up the value is with that design. What shortcut are you looking for?

Oh I see, I was actually thinking about excel where you need to input q formula then drag to get other values.. Can you show me how to look up for the data on that table if i would busing a form working on 2 separate tables..thanks!
