Question Calculating Year to Date data in Form

I am trying to calculate a year to date value for several vendors, using each month’s total pounds received and total pounds rejected year to date.
    My fields are VendorName, Month, LbsReceived_CurrentMonth, LbsRejected_CurrentMonth, LbsReceived_YTD, LbsRejected_YTD.
I’ve created a form for entry of the information. How do I get the calculation for the YTD fields? I have a query pivot table set up, which shows my accumulative totals, but I can’t figure out how to transfer this information to my form…then my report. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Vendor Month Lbs Received Current Lbs Rejected Current YTD Received YTD Rejected
    VendA January 1526 125 1526 125
    VendB January 1004 0 1004 0
    VendA February 539 20 2065 145
    VendB February 2500 100 3504 100

If you really want a report, why bother showing calcs in the form?

A report can organize the data using Grouping & Sorting with aggregate calcs. Textboxes in report have a RunningSum property.

Is the example table the pivoted data?

Oh! That sounds good. The example table is just an example of my data. Can you help using that data?

Building the report I describe is basic Access functionality. Review http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ac...010341571.aspx

Make attempt and when you encounter issue post specific question.
