    Data in Fields Disapearing

I am working with a co-worker on a database that keeps track of CPE Hours for attendees.
Just recently my co-worker informed me that much of the data she has entered does not show up in the records, and some fields that she has entered data into are not showing the data.

Does anyone know the cause of this?

Thank you for any help you can provide

Usually you need to stand behind a bit and watch women working with database. Sometimes she does things you couldn't even imagine - i. e. force-closes forms roaming for some validation problems, enters new data in old records, types something strange in lookup fields and so on.

I would love to do that Max. However, I am unable to watch her every key stoke, but I do keep an eye on the results. I have been backing up the Database as well as making a copy for me to work out the details of the changes need. I'm afraid that I might have moved and replaced data from the copied "updated" database to the main database that caused the details to be lost.

Either way I will have to keep a sharper eye on us as we continue to develope the database.

Thanks for your input and help Max
