    Form Command buttons

I would like to use a command button in my form to "on click" populate a text box on the same form. I have 9 team members and I would like a button for each one, so that when they click on their button it places their name in the Teammember text box.

Do your team members log in to the database? And is that log in information saved in a table somewhere?

They do not have to log in, and all of the info is saved on one table.

How will the database know which team member is pressing the command button then?

That is part of what I need to know. I have not figured out a way to tie a command button to their names.

I know how to run a query to produce a report, but I can't figure this one out.

Might I suggest using a combo box that queries the field with the teammember names? Press the Sigma button to set the field to "Group By", and each name will only appear once. If you want them to just press a button, you will need to somehow log who is using the database at that time, which might require a log in. Combo box is the much quicker solution.
