    Well, the total short per size is in the line already, the last is just the total for the size, I think even that is negotiable as it can be summed later.

    It appears to be working great! I really appreciate your help. Quick question, there is a private sub "Form_Unload" to dro the contents of the table, would it adversely affect anything if I had it export to a spreadsheet prior to dumping the data?
    I only put the "dump the data" code so the table would be empty when you opened the db. That way you had to know that it was the code that was filling the table. Why do you need to export the data to a spreadsheet? You could probably do everything in Access.
