Firstly, I have to say this is as clear as mud.

    Take a breath, calm down!

Now a few things need clarification:

What is the run time error message? (A screenshot would be ideal)

It had the read only problem? Does that mean you put it in a read only area of your network?(If it is a known issue link to where the fix is so those of us without access 2010 can read and make suggestions)

Application doesnt run on other PCs
. You said two lines above
I ger run time error which make s my application to shut down
    ! Clarify!

You state you run it on your PC without issue, is that using the original file, or the accde version (I presume this is what you mean by package an install)?

Are the other PCs on a network, is your PC on the network too?

Are all the PCs running the same OS, and do they all have Access 2010 run time installed?

My gut feeling is you need to compile your vb, there may be an error.

If you can upload your project (strip out confidential data, insert dummy data, compact and repair, then zip if its still large) then someone might be able to take a look and see whats wrong. Also try the same but with an MDB version (if you havent used an access 2010 only feature someone like me might be able to help further)

    problem with access runtime

thank you for tending and above all understanding my situation here! first of all based on the customer need, this app is not working on the network. no share point!
when I saved and published the database at first, I set the destination for installing package to c:\\program files which is a read only location and based on this: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/o...b-a7da0142bd1f
    I solved the issue.
the .acdr file, the runtime file works well on my pc, but when I run it on other pcs (with the same OS) I get this message from access runtime :Click image for larger version.

I don't have 2010 myself, however my first thoughts would be its a problem relating to code or macros in some way. I did some google-fu and saw this:

Have you tried setting up the install location as a trusted location?
