Show Only One Occurrence of a Record

    Hi everyone.

I have a query that pulls data from four separate tables depending on whether they meet the criteria. The problem is that I have a field call 'Assessment Number' which is causing the same person be shown multiple times, as the person can have up to four assessments associated with them. I only want the person to be shown once regardless of how many times assessment number might come back. I'm not really interested in viewing the assessment number, but I have a criteria on it so cant just get rid of it from the query. I hope this makes sense.
