Conditional formatting

Hi
How do I implement conditional formatting at a report:
If the field value is Not Done write it in red
If the field value is Waiver write is in orange
If the field value is Other write it in black


etc

What happens when you right click on the control on the report in design view and use Conditional Formatting?
