Add a field that shows similar reports

I'm both pretty new to Access and this forum so bear with me.

I created a database that gathers a number of tickets from clients, from there my users categorize their tickets one at a time through drop-downs. A lot of tickets are complaining about the same things so I want a piece of UI that will search the database (within existing filters) for other tickets with similar keywords in the current subject line.



So basically I want my user to pull a ticket have the subject line say "My dashboard is invisible" and have it show all the other records that contain "dashboard" and "invisible" and show that so they can then go and update them at the same time.

I'm not totally sure where to start or if Access can even do this for me.
