I have set up a Master Database for our Construction Projects. By "master" I mean it is copied and pasted into new project folders as they come up and each form/report/query becomes specific to that project. We operate on a cloud server with a slow T1 connection. I've tried to work around this problem by making a back end DB specific to each Project Folder within that Project Folder. I then created front end Databases for the guys working on the specific project by importing the forms and linking the tables using their specific cloud file paths. The first front end (Dan) worked fine. The 2nd front end (Dillon) was fine - he could see all of the data entered by Dan. Now though, when the Dan tries to open his front end, it says "Access has encountered a problem...." green sliding bar...."Access has to shut down" or something along those lines. Given the nature of the cloud and internet speed, I was thinking it could be that, but is there something I haven't considered?

The structure of the folders is like this:

Main Project Folder:

Project 944
-Cost Center
-DB_BE ('where I've stored the back end for the 2 cloud users)
-File Cabinet
944 Master Database Dan.accdb
944 Master Database Dillon.accdb
