    Dlookup ovewrite returned value

    Hi

I have created a dlookup expression in a query. The returned value will based on what the user chooses in three other combo boxes from an unrelated table. What do i need to do to allow the user to edit the returned value if required?

    Thanks

    Can't edit the query value.

You can use code to set the value of textbox (bound or not) on a form and then allow users to edit in that textbox.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
