    Conditional Formating

Pretty simple question. I have a report I am running, keeping track usage of a program I created... The Logs or saving functions by cmdname, so It shows what button is pressed.

I am trying to change the report,Kind of like this..

if the text is"cmdLMLogin" then Display "L&M Login"

It seems I should be using conditional Formatting for this, but I am very new to all of this. Any thoughts?

CF can affect the formatting, but I don't think it can change the actual text. I suspect you'll need code to set the text dependent on the button, in the event appropriate to whatever you're setting. If you simply mean to display or not display that specific text, you could use CF, setting the font color to match the background color will hide the text.

Yea I was able to Pick a Co-Workers brain... So, this is what I have come up with... Because there are 3 backend Databases, I am going to create a new MDB, That is linked to all of them.
Then from there, create a new Query Table to do the conversion there. Since I am running the report this way, It would be really easy to create a form with a Command On click event to pull up the fully converted report, and possibly have filter criteria on the form as well. If the idea comes to fruition I will be excited lol.
