    Question Combine duplicated data in a report

    Hi everyone.
    I want to create a report from a table that contains for example:

    Company Person
    ===============
    abc John
    -------------------
    def Jack
    -------------------
    ghi Mary
    -------------------
    abc Jill

    Company name in first and last rows are the same but Person names are different.
    When I create a report, this will created as above and when I change the 'Hide Duplicates' property of Company TextBox to 'Yes', last row will not be shown.
    I want to combine to rows. For example like this:

    Company Person
    ===============
    abc John
    Jill
    ------------------

    def Jack
    ------------------
    ghi Mary

    Does it possible in access?
    Thanks for your help.

    Use the report wizard to create the report and then select the grouping options. You can group on the company and it will produce the report as shown.
