Question Change SHIFT key to something else for re-enable ribbon "allow full menus"

Is there a way to change SHIFT key to something that we want for showing ribbon "allow full menus" back?
example is we have secret combination keys that we choose to re-enable ribbon "allow full menus"?

    can VBA do it?

If you haven't disabled special keys, or remapped it with an AutoKeys macro, pressing the F11 key will hide/unhide the navigation pane. The ribbon requires a little more work.
