I have a SQL table that contains all the information that I need. The problem is that the table was set up as a generic table to accommodate many different forms, with different numbers of entries. So the data is not easily manageable, at least not to my knowledge. If you take a look at the attachment, this is the query results. You can see that each form submission creates 20+ rows in the SQL table. What I would like Access to do for me is take those 20+ rows and create one row. Hopefully that makes sense. A pivot table in a way accomplishes this but it is only a stored view - I can't do anything with that data - for example create a new real table from it.

Can Access help me?

THanks.
