I am trying to Recreate the the report in the attached pdf. I am trying to create Lock out tag out procedures for each of the pieces of equipment in the factory that I work in.
I have almost completely restructured my database from were it started here.
My next step is to insert the correct picture for each record to the correct section of the report. I originally had a separate Field in the Main table of the Database for each of the three pictures that each machine requires. when I went through and normalized the table structure I placed all of the pictures in the same table and gave them a category to identify them. In order to create the report I made a Query and I am able to add one of the three photo categories to the main query but I am not sure how to bring the other two required pictures into the report.
I have place holders in the report for where i would like the pictures.
There are several Linked tables, all of the photos I pulled out of the original Database to get the size down in order to upload here for analysis.
If it would be better form the design side to not have the linked table and instead bring the picture files back into the database i would be fine with that. The LOTOPhotos still has 3 separate tables for the different categories of photos if that is a better way of handling it. I know that i can make it work that way but not sure if that would be improper structure.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
