    Sorry to jump in... unit91, please note that pbaldy is mentioning your queries, not your form, concerning the criteria. The form serves as a placeholder for the two dates your 12 queries refer to. The syntax pbaldy suggested must be inserted in the appropriate criteria fields of all 12 queries, replacing the previous contents. Then, each query would automatically use the two dates on the form when called by the reports.

    You don't forcefully have to create buttons in the form to run your macro - you may just open the form and fill in the two dates in before firing the macro the old way (just strip out the logic you intended for getting the dates).
