First, let me say that I am not the programmer; my boss is. He's too busy and overwhelmed with his work to search for these kinds of programming tips, but he is the admin of our MS Access DB and by helping him out, you would help out our entire dept.

As a consequence, I can only ask for help on a high level. So if my question doesn't really make sense, then please don't waste your time trying to answer it. However, I am hoping that to solve our issue might be as simple as identifying a thread that already has.

The Background:

We are using the FORMS to link and create functional critical paths. Each form covers one 'Thread.' We have a tab in which we create a critical path. We first create each step (assigned a GUID). Then we define their order by linking them to their 'predecessors.' Currently, our links to predecessors only operate on the 'AND' function.

The Issue:

This issue is that it causes us to create an alternate thread if the predecessors require 'OR-ing.'

The Question:

How can we enable the predecessors to be linked as an 'OR' function?

We appreciate any help or direction you can provide!

Thanks in Advance!
