Copying values from one form to another

I've looked at this link: http://access.mvps.org/access/forms/frm0031.htm
and it looks like it's almost the answer to my question.

    I'm running access 2007

I have a database with three basic tables

    Venues, Bookings and Comments.

Mainly I will browse the venues database using a form.
When I add new venues I don't always have the organisers details So I want to add a control that will bring up a form that shows the existing details and allows me to edit / add new as required.

So far so good and it looks as though the Sub 1 section covers this if I call the new form OrganisersDetails or similar..

Alternativly, from the venues form, I might want to add a booking or a comment. Can I use the same technique and call the forms AddsBooking and AddComment?

Sorry if it's not totally clear.

Have you considered using SubForms to display the other two tables on the Venue form?

Yes and No, I'd thougth about using subforms to display the comments and bookings on the Venue form as these are the things that change most often. I'd not thought about adding bookings and / or comment details directly into a subform. Thanks for the suggestion I'll look into that.
