The command or action 'Quit' isn't available now

I have followed this guide http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ac...010282509.aspx to create a custom shortcut menu (global) for my database .


When I right-click on any form and select quit I get this error :

The command or action 'Quit' isn't available now.

I am not using a read-only database nor an unconverted databasefrom earlier version , and I am running it through a trusted location ?

Anyone knows a workaround on this ?

I'm throwing this in just in case it helps in some way.
I get this error too - though it is in a different context.

In my case - I have a lot of databases that are run either daily, weekly or monthly.
The databases are opened by Windows Scheduler.
As soon as they open, the AutoExec Macro that these databases have is triggered.
The last Action in the AutoExec macro in all these instances is 'Quit'.

When the Macro runs by the opening of the database - there is never a problem with the Quit Action.

However, there are times when I Open the databases to perform maintenance / make changes.
If I run the AutoExec Macro when I alreay have the database open in design mode - that is when I will get that message.

I know this does not solve your problem, but I thought it might help in SOME way.

Or - if someone else has a solution, I'd like to know as well.
