    groupings

    Hello all,

I need to create a report where I will have three groups.

    Eligibles

    Potentials

    Eligibles AND Potentials

However what decides if you fall into one of these three groups is an expression, as you can't just look into the table which this report is made from and look for a field to find out what group it is. This expression takes information from four different fields i believe which will be used to decide the grouping. In each of these groups, the same expression which was used to see WHICH group they would fall into, I then need it to count HOW MANY of this type there are so far. Then, under this number of how many answers, also need to be included a section which says what sort of answers we got back. I believe there are a total of six possible answers. The report needs to show how many of each group answered, and how many answered on a specific answer (Example of answers is 1, 2, 3, 4, etc...).

    Thanks for the help!

Include the expression in the query then you can group on it in the report.
