    Linking data fr report generation

I am really new to Access, but I would liek to know a way to import data from multiple Excel files and link certain sets of the data.

I am trying to compile a report on suppliers, and all files will have information regarding said suppliers with a supplier code attached to each row. I would like for Access to bring in the information from each document and sort into one row for each supplier (linkign based on the supplier code).

Thanks for any help you can provide!

EDIT: Nevermind, figured out by myself.

UPDATE: So after looking around the interwebs, I imported my excel files as tables. I'm pretty sure I need to link (using the vendor code) the information in different columns from different excel sheets. How do I do this. It looks like the layer goes Table -> Query -> Report.

How do I pull up the window where I can make actual links between different tables?

Please reply to this thread with any new information or opinions.
