Currently, I record incoming quote requests into an Access DB. I also hand write the quote number and due date onto a calendar so I can track my work load.
Once I complete the quote, I record all the information pertaining to the quote, along with the date quoted back into Access and then cross off the quote in my calendar.
I would like the information that I add to Access to automatically export the quote number to the proper due date. Then once the quote is competed, I would like it to either cross off the quote number(preferred) or underline it so I can see it is completed. Once I have this set up, I can safely drop my hard copy calendar.
I have a general knowledge of Access but no programming experience.
