    conditional formatting in parameter query


    Hi,
    I am using a parameter query. Criterion field has
    < [enter your value]
    so after running the query, i want all values less than input value to be marked in red color/background. please suggest how to do that??

    To my knowledge you can't do it in the query. Most of us never let users in tables or queries anyway, so you'd do the formatting in a form or report (using Conditional Formatting).

    thanks!!
    i have one more query, hope you can help me with that.
    i have created a pivot table form based on a query. How can i update this pivot table if i make any changes in the query. (it is not happening automatically. i have tried to refresh it also).

Please reply to this thread with any new information or opinions.
