    Calendar Style Report

    Hi

    I want to produce a calendar-style report of the annual leave everybody has booked.

    Presumably in its most basic form this is easily achievable by having a seven-column layout for the report and grouping it by month.

    But, for easy reading I want to group names together on the same line.

    Ultimately, I would prefer it set out like this:

    Sun Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri Sat
    <---------------John Smith------------->
    <-----Joe Bloggs-> Name 3 <Pete Othe-->
    Name 4#
    etc.

    But I would settle for each name having its own line.

    Incidentally, if I am getting the starting and ending dates from a form, which do I design first, the form or the query?

    Thanks

    Chris
