    Server 2008 RC

Can't seem to find an answer to this question and it is pretty simple. If I am using Microsoft Windows Server 2008 RC and I install a frontend end and backend program created using Access 2010 (created on different computer) is there a license requirement for the frontend and backend program?

I know other programs that you install on server 2008 require a different license to run on the server.

    Thank you,
    Randy

Only if you have the Access program loaded on the server (not your mdb/accdb files, but Access itself). Typically you would not have Access installed on the server, just on the client PC's. If all you've done is put your mdb/accdb files on the server, you haven't "installed" anything; it's just storing files.
