Continus form are not displyed multiply times

    Hello,
i have a problem with continuous form, it didn't disply multiple times when the data entered, I can't figure out what is wrong. the only difference from a general continuous form is that in the form header part i insert some IDs from main form with key ID as pull down text box list, whenever the keyID is selected the other coresponding IDs show up to ensure the continuous from entered the data with correct ID.
i attached the form here, would greatly appreciate if somebody can help find out what is wrong, and how to fix it. ( I have 3 continuous forms and right now working on ConditionForm)

    thanks a lot!

I would start by compiling your code. <ALT> F11 then Debug>Compile.
Now fix all of the errors the compiler finds.

    Thank you,
Sorry, i am new for VB, I don't know how to compile and fix the errors, seems no errors, i copied the VB from similar forms.... could you specify what code is wrong, when I selected a ID from header, i got a Run Time error 2015, "you can't goto the specified record," I click the debug botton, it highlight DoCmd.GoToRecord,,acNewRec

In post #2 I described how to compile the code. <ALT> F11 and then Debug>Compile
