    make Add Record button work

    Hi,

I successfully created an Add Record button in a form through wizard. The problem I am having now is once I pass the ID textbox, the table automatically got updated even though I have not click on the button yet. I would like to have a button on my form that will update the table once it is clicked on. Please help.

Access forms *always* save any new edits unless you take extra steps. What do you want to do?

The form I created is supposed to be a form for adding records into table instead of inputting info directly to the table. I would like it to have a button that when is clicked on all the infos are automatically entered into a table. Thank you.

Is this a school assignment of some sort?
