    Help with lookup field

I have a table with columns for Title, First Name, Nickname, Last Name, plus the same set of columns for spouse info. I would like to create an "Addressee" field that requires the data entry person to choose from among several name configurations. For example:

Mr. Joe and Ms. Jane Doe

    Mr. and Ms. Doe
    Joe and Jane
    Joey and Jane
    Joe
    Jane
    etc.

Is there a way to do this using a combo box or lookup field (or something else)? Thanks -- I'm new to Access.

Sorry -- I'm new to forums and didn't know cross-posting was an issue. I'll not do it again.
