Can you give more details of your set up?
Giving each Customer a price structure is not a problem - but if you want help with the next part, you will have to explain in detail what you need exactly - regarding getting the correct price on the invoices.

Basically - and I am a complete novice. I have a Customers tbl, Items tbl, sales tbl. There are not that many customers with diff prices however some of the olders customers have odd pricing for some reason. I wouldn't even mind if I could just change the price for some items/customeer but it updates the price I enter to all sales of that items past and present? Is this what you needed to know? Or more detail of the setup of the tables? Thanks in advance. Kerrin.

Before you go too far you need to consider how you are going to handle Price Changes.

How do you reproduce an Invoice after a Price Change?

Okay, if the pricing for the few diff customers are to be done manually then i don't want it to update anywhere else. - on the invoicing form i have made it so that pricing out of the norm show up when customer slected for invoiced a field called pricing notes shows up.

I don't know if it is worth doing price stuctures for the few customers effected.

do ya know what i mean???
