    Option Group

Can you choose more than 1 options in the option group box and so I can include these values in coding?

If not, is there any solutions so that I can continue with my coding?

    Thanks

The answer to your question is NO. Where to you plan to store the results?

if you use the perfect squares you can represent an infinite multiple combination becuase no square has the factors of any other square.
    2^2
    3^2
    4^2
