Table / Form problem

I've created a database with all the proper tables and forms. My problem is simple, but not for me. On one table I had two fields I no longer wanted in that table because it belonged in another table. I removed/Deleted from the table, I didn't want it in, and save the table. I went into the form to remove the the fields and there in-lie the problem. When clicking on the form it is asking for the parameters of the fields I deleted from the table. Furthermore, in design view, the fields are shown in the field list. "WHAT AM I DOING WORNG"

Pick a different RecordSource and then pick the correct one again.
