How to make a nice print of forms

I have created a nice looking form for entering Customer details on my Database.
At this point I would like to print a Customer Form but although the first record is printed perfectly all the other records are not centered vertically in the page!
I have used page Header and page breaks but the results are terrible!


In addiction I have also noticed that all the form since record 2 are grey!
What should I do?

That was my thought. I'm getting crazy trying to print that form! I will try then to create a report.
