Append table elements as new records

Currently I have an input form for entering client purchases. The form includes client name, address, number etc and then then the $$ allocated to each product they purchased.

Simply put the first table has 4 columns of products a client can purchase and a dollar amount is entered if they do. I am looking to append that 1 row and 4 columns into a different table with 4 rows 1 column.

is there a way to do this?

Sounds like duplication of data and tables are not properly normalized. What you want will require VBA code to run SQL UPDATE statement.
How to attach file: To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
