Smile Add more than one record from a single table on a form

Hello, I'm new to this forum. Just upgraded from MS Access 2002/2003 to 2010. What a jump. I have developed a database and am trying to create a form that takes its info from several tables each with two fields - Question & Response. Each table is on a separate subject and the forms are to include fields from only one form.

When I create a form designed from a single table with 72 Questions, I get 72 records (pages). I would like to have more than one record (perhaps all of them) on one form. It sucks to have to type in the response and then click to the next record.

Is this possible? If so, how?

Which views have you tried? Are you committed to form view or could you use continuous form or datasheet view? (These are options on the property sheet of the form in design view.)

Not sure what you mean. Is the form set for SingleForm view? Maybe try Continuous or Datasheet.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

Yes, I changed to continuous view - didn't even know that was an option until I googled and found out.

Please reply to this thread with any new information or opinions.
