    I need access developer online

    Hi

I am trying to build database for someone who has real estate properties

he has warehouses to rent the database to manage his work

    leases, payments and tenants

I tried to modify temple from Microsoft for real estate but I faced some difficulty because I didn't use access from long time ago

it's good to find someone can help me online through Skype or whatever

first thing to build new forms then queries

    it's less than 10 I think only 4 tables

    You tried this? http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/te...CT101428241033

I expect you will have to tackle this or find a local consultant to pay big money to. We are willing to help on specific issues.

Better off getting a good tutorial reference and spending a day with that.

    Assistance

The first thing I would suggest is to tackle the database design based on the client business requirements. Once you have a normalized database design down then the rest should go faster.

What you are requesting is very basic Access functionality and Access Help has guidelines. There are lots of tutorials on the web and plenty of beginner books that will guide you. Check out the 'sticky' tutorial threads at http://forums.aspfree.com/microsoft-access-help-18/ especially the one on Relational Database Principles. Nobody knows your data elements better than you. Get your data schema defined before trying to build anything.
