    Hello,
first of all sorry for my English, i will try to explain it as simple as i can.

I have an Excel sheet where i'm using to calcule some numbers in order to create q quotation for my customers.

the point i want to drow data from this excel sheet in to an access table
so it will look better after ( will generate a report from this table, or a PDF )

the poblem is that i want this table this way , for easier understanding and easier way to using the calculation element.

you can see the excel sheet photo i have attached.

please let me know if there is any solution .

If the picture you are showing is the table you wish to import into Access, it will not work. You will need to normalize your data into a table that begins in cell A1 and moves horizontally and vertically with no skipped lines or columns and contains only the data to be imported. Perhaps you should look at this on table normalization.

After doing what you need to do in Access, you can export your query/report to Excel and do whatever calculations are necessary. If you export a query, it will appear as a table. If you export a report, it will appear in the same fashion in excel as you designed in the report writer in Access. Yet in both cases, you will be able to perform whatever calculations you add to the spreadsheet.
