    Envelopes

How do I print envelopes from Access? I am assuming I set up a Report and link that report to a button in a form?

Yes, in the Report setup, select the paper type that fits your envelope size

Yes, select your envelope type and place your text boxes according to the address format for the envelop and view the result in print preview and you are ready to go

I believe the paper size setting is based on your default printer. If you don't have a envelope setting, I would use the letter size setting and select landscape view. Experiment with different location of the text box in your report and print to an envelope stock until the desire position is achieved in the envelope
