Finding a CSV file using VB with Access

I wish to import data from a CSV file. Providing I know where the file is I can do it but how can I find a file using AccessVB. I can do it with ExcelVB. The command is like the old fashioned DOS "DIR".

One way is to call the standard Windows File Open/Save dialog box.
