    Lookup column problems

    Hi,

My lookup columns are offering the correct list of things i wish to choose from when entering data, but once it is selected it isnt all showing in the box.

For example, the drop down box shows the persons first name and second name, but once the correct person is clicked, thde bow showing the entered data only shows the first name.

Any ideas how I can remedy thyis?

A combo box can show many columns when it dropped down but will only display the first visible column when it is not.
It sounds a though your first and second names are each in a seperate column. If so, repalce the first and second name columns with a new one: FullName:[FirstName] & " " & [SecondName]
If this helped, please click the star at the bottom left of this posting and add to my reputation . Many thanks.
