    Access 2010 Ribbon

    I created a Ribbon in Access 2007 that has about 5 icons on the top with a top level name of Home but it shows all the ribbon icons.

    When I run the database in Access 2010 I get the Home menu item but none of the icons below it unless I click on the Home menu item and then it covers up my start up form. Any idea what I need to change?

    The Minimize Ribbon button was selected. Can I remove that option so someone cannot minimize it?
