    Report for each day

    HI,

    I have made a database..
    Where many people update the orders they work on..
    Now each day at 9 30 PM my coach wants to receive the total orders that the team worked on... i.e. the data in Excel sheet..
    I created a Query to get the data and created a report to send it in a mail..


    But I dnt knw how to trigger that at 9 30

    Can anyone help..

    Is there a way to do it from MS ACCESS it self?

    You could probably set up a VBA module to run a macro every 24 hours using some strange variation of time functions or pauses and delays, but Access would have to be open for it to run and I have no idea what kind of performance issue that could/would cause..

Please reply to this thread with any new information or opinions.
