inserting query result in a form

I created a query to combine fields in my table (numerical and streetname) to give me the result address. When I try to insert the address result from the query into imy form (based on the table) it gives me the #name result in the text box. Im not sure what I am doing wrong

I was also wondering if it is possible to have transparent or grayed out text appear in a text box as a default value and when you start typing it disappears (ie the search bar on a smartphone where it shows search lightly and when you start typing it disappears)

    Thanks in advance.

You need to make the section of your form that has the information from the query a subform. A form can only be bound to one table or one query.

If you are unfamiliar with subforms, here is a short tutorial
