    Open new form

I have a database that when it opens it opens a form to enter data, how do I get it to open an empty form rather than a form that has the data filled in from a previous entry.

One method is to set the form DataEntry property to Yes.

    The form DataEntry property.

Open your form in design mode. Press Alt-Enter to toggle the form property sheet open/closed. When open, find the DataEntry property. Try setting it to Yes. See if this works for your needs.
