    Do not show null records

I have a report that is taken from a query. The data I want to show is

    Name Report ID Years Form
    John Brown XYZ 2009 1040C

The data is taken from 1 record. It has a place for 4 years and 4 forms to input. I want the report to show the data only if the data is present and does not show if blank.

    Name Report ID Years Form
    John Brown XYZ 2009 1040C
    John Brown XYZ 2010 1040A
John Brown XYZ BLANK BLANK (Does not show)

I tried the null expression but since the record contains all data if I put the expression on not all the data will show. Can you help
