    Unequal Join or Union?

Hello there, which will be best and what will be the SQL statement please?

    query1
    Dateprd
    ShiftID
    MachineID
    ItemID
    PrdQty

    Quer2

    GlazeDate
    ShiftID
    MachineID
    ItemID
    PassesdQty
    RejectQty

    Query3
    SortDate
    ShiftID
    MachineID
    ItemID
    PassedQty
    RejectQty

So please advise me how to show the data of all three Queries in one report based on date.

i made a query by month and innerjoin the Item which works so nicely but how to day wise which show each day report.

    thanks

    zee

First of all: these are tables you have defined here, not queries, so please don't spread your confusion further.
If you want to show the report for a specific date only, you can set it as a parameter in your query and your users will be prompted for the desired date. Or you can pass the date as a filter criteria.
If you want to show the report for continuous dates but grouped by date, you will have to set the date as a group level in the report.
    Hope this helps.

Did you understand my earlier reply? Can you set parameters and filters? Can you set group levels in reports? Access Help will guide you in any of these tasks.
